Client Summary

Glendale Veterinary Clinic in Glendale, New York, is known for its cat-related services and has received detailed feedback from visitors. One visitor noted: 'Dr. Hess and her staff have been absolutely amazing with my dog! They recently treated him for a very acute case of pancreatitis, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the level of care and attention they provided. Dr. Hess is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and thoroughβ€”she explained everything clearly and made sure I felt supported every step of the way. Her staff was just as exceptional: kind, attentive, and so gentle with my dog during a really scary time. Thanks to their quick action and dedication, he’s now on the road to recovery. I truly trust them with his care and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Highly recommend!' Another review mentioned: 'I cannot recommend this veterinary clinic enough. I moved to NY from MA/NH three years ago, where my cats always had excellent care, including one who, sadly, was diagnosed with large cell lymphoma. We had an incredible team back then who helped us give him the best care possible, but the disease was aggressive and we ultimately lost him. Now, I’m looking after his brother, Louie, who continues to be by my side. I’ve always been extra cautious knowing his family history. The whole team here has been amazing - everyone from the front desk, who are always kind and helpful, to the doctors we’ve seen: Dr. Hess, Dr. Lindsey, and Dr. Anne. I feel so lucky to have them just 8 minutes away. Louie was diagnosed with benign lymphoid hyperplasia two years ago, and now it looks like it may have progressed to IBD or small cell lymphoma. Even though that’s been scary to come to terms with, I’m so grateful for the care and attention we’ve had here. The vets and their team are truly the unsung heroes for those of us who love our pets like family. Thank you for all that you do for Louie and pets like him.'
