I was ignored twice for 2 months but only responded once when I was going to buy another fecal test which would not be needed since we already did a fecal test in the first place to know what parasite it is. I was ignored again when I asked for another round of medicine. I have since gone to vetco for her vaccines and find their prices the same if not cheaper and will most likely have to go through them for medicine to heal my poor baby.I hate to write this review and burn a bridge but it's true wolf in sheep's clothes behavior and they operate in a very sales "tactic" way.'
