At the same time I received a call from Feline Health telling me that if I didn’t show up by exactly 245p that my appointment would be cancelled. I said that it was very important that my cat receive follow-up care and asked if I turned up at 246p would I be turned away. She said yes. Meanwhile, the day before she told me to call if I was running late and they would do their best to accommodate me: Well, if this was their best, I’d hate to see them at their worst. The admin was rude and wouldn’t listen to reason. I am so happy that I did not become a client of this place. Apparently, they couldn’t care less about my cat and his emergent condition. All they care about is money. Stay away from this place and find a vet who cares about your pets and understands that it is very complicated transporting pets in NYC in the rain. I will tell all of my friends who are cat parents to not choose this place. There are plenty of other vets in NYC who actually would care about your pet w a complicated condition .
