Client Summary

One Love Animal Hospital Bay Ridge in Brooklyn, New York, is known for its cat-related services and has received detailed feedback from visitors. One visitor noted: 'get a prescription and order your pets meds off chewy.' Another review mentioned: 'My geriatric dog got very sick very suddenly on a weekend and One Love agreed to see her which was amazing in itself because most places do not have same day appointments. The vet was very kind and understanding and unfortunately it seemed that our dog was on her last legs and we had to make the painful decision to put her to sleep. None of us were mentally or emotionally prepared at all. We were all a mess. The vet was amazingly patient and though we were too distraught to observe social niceties, she was not annoyed at all and continued to be professional yet deeply empathetic. People say this place isn't the cheapest but trust me, they are worth every penny and then some. When you and your family are overwhelmed by grief, you will appreciate a great place like this. This is not the first time we had to put a beloved pet to sleep. When our prior dog got cancer and had to be put to sleep, we went to a different establishment and had a far different experience -- the vet was cold, aloof, and uncaring, and that really makes a bad situation only feel worse and more traumatizing. It's not worth the paltry savings. Just go to One Love.'
