Client Summary

Pleasant Plains Animal Hospital North in Staten Island, New York, is known for its cat-related services and has received detailed feedback from visitors. One visitor noted: 'Always happy with PPAH, both vet services and boarding services. Staff are always nice, helpful, and informative. Premises are clean and well maintained. My dog loves it here.' Another review mentioned: 'I highly recommend PPAH and have trusted the practice and Dr Meleleo's staff since 2012. In that time, with three different dogs, maintenance and vaccinations are easy to book. What is most appreciated is the emergency care. In the fist case, with my fabulous pit bull, It felt like Dr Meleleo is very learned with a variety of symptoms and chose course of action, not surgery which was less invasive. She lived until 14 years old. Most recently, I needed help with emergency paperwork for my travel to the EU. Heather was very knowledgable of the new USDA guidelines and so professional and understanding. Also, I feel like I am given options as to maintenance care of my dogs. Amazingly, my dogs little skip is gone due to the suggestion of the prescription based glucosamine. Professional, congenial, experienced and understanding describe the practice. And it is always clean and easy to park!'
