When they are available, their cat sitters are reliable and send photos and updates to me, which is great! — It's worth taking note of the website to be aware of additional charges that are applied for early/late and weekend visits. These are clearly stated on the website, but these additional charges don't appear on the payment portal and are not factored into the final pricing shown to you, which is very odd and misleading in my opinion. I wish that they would work to coordinate with DoTimely to update the portal to factor in these additional charges at time of ordering the service.'
