I became a member and was greeted with a welcoming bag. While my dog was at their facility they provided videos and photos and a weekly report. I appreciated the feedback and transparency. It helped comfort me that my dog was being looked after. It was great that she had the ability to go outside daily and play with other dogs without additional cost. What I loved the most was that when we went back home, she did not exhibit any unusual behavior. In fact, I feel like she is better trained. I am delighted and highly recommend.
