Client Summary

Heart of Chelsea Veterinary Group - Hell's Kitchen in New York, New York, is known for its cat-related services and has received detailed feedback from visitors. One visitor noted: 'I just moved to the neighborhood a few months ago, and transferred care of my kitties to Heart of Chelsea HK just prior to the move. One of my kitties worried me with an unusual episode on a Sunday and I wanted to take her in for a check up. I emailed the vet we saw during their check up that day, and followed up with a call the next morning to get an appointment as soon as possible. My visit at Heart of Chelsea HK was smooth from start to finish. The front desk staff were kind and attentive for check in. I didnโ€™t wait more than a few minutes. Allen, the tech who took our history, introduced himself and walked through my concerns about my kitty. This was a sick visit so we saw a different vet than we had for the regular check up earlier this year. Dr. Romeo was very gentle with my kitty, asked questions about the problem and her history, and explained all the findings clearly. I left feeling reassured and comfortable with the plan. The staff is also very clear about the cost of every step along the way. They shared the prices of the exam and then explained the cost of the x-rays and blood work once they were ordered. You have to consent to proceed, which is appreciated.' Another review mentioned: 'The Doctors and staff here were amazing. They went above and beyond in taking care of our sweet boy, Loki.'
