Client Summary

Petco in Rego Park, New York, is known for its cat-related services and has received detailed feedback from visitors. One visitor noted: 'All I have to say is there’s never anyone at this location to help you. Either they’re off the clock and hanging around or everyone’s on break I feel all the workers shouldn’t be on break at the same time. Two different times I went to location.' Another review mentioned: 'I went to this location to purchase some fish for my father . Since I have little to no experience with fish I had my father on the phone while I looked through the selection . There was a young man cleaning out some tanks so I asked him about several types of fish my father mentioned .. I understand he was "busy" but he seemed somewhat bothered by my questions and when I chose which fish to take to my father he was very disinterested in what I was asking and answered my questions annoyed . As he was gathering the fish I continued to speak to my father . He must have said something to me that I didn't hear and the next thing I know he raises his voice a little and says "I SAID wait a the register for your fish ! I apologized and walked off confused because I didn't understand what the big deal was.. I wasn't in his way and I didn't know it was a policy that the customer couldn't watch as he gathered the fish . Maybe he had a bad day but that type of customer service is not conducive to a business .'
