Stephen Quandt, CFTBS, FFCP is the founder and “Top Cat” of Stephen Quandt Feline Behavior Associates, LLC and CatBehaviorHelp.com and is NYC’s only certified, private-practice feline behavior consultant who also works for NYC’s municipal animal shelter, (ACC) giving him extensive experience and compassion with difficult cases. With over 25 years experience working with cats he focuses on the evolutionary and adaptive forces that shape much of cat behavior while bringing his extensive knowledge and empathy to each case.
