Client Summary

Walgreens in Bronx, New York, is known for its cat-related services and has received detailed feedback from visitors. One visitor noted: 'Pharmacy doesn't pick up the phone. Waited over 30 minutes, then got hung up on.' Another review mentioned: 'I have lived in this area 30 years. Before this store was Walgreens it was Rite aid. Same problems long lines for cashier and pharmacy. No staff available to give help. Pharmacy lacking product and taking forever to fill along with rudeness. Now along with all of the above problems, there are boxes in the walkways which makes it impossible to shop. When they get new stock instead of being unpacked over night, they are left in the walkways for days. One day I have to stabilize a stack of boxes that almost fell on a child. Come on! Can no one see the problem with blocking shelves. This is a busy area with three schools, two hospitals and nearby trains/buses. They should be making money hand over first. But I find myself walking out because the lines are long and boxes block the shelves. Come on! Do better.'
